Congratulations to RHHS student Jackson Martin, who has been named a National Merit Scholarship Commended student! Jackson scored in the top 50,000 of the over 1.5 million students who took the PSAT last year! Jackson was presented his certificate by RHHS principal Mr. Miller and RHHS counselor Mrs. Kilpatrick.
