Wildcat Pride: Teacher Edition

Richmond Hill High School loves to recognize the hard work of its teachers. Each week, a teacher is selected by their peers to win the weekly Wildcat Award! Each week's winner gets to proudly display "The Wildcat" in their classrooms.

This week's winner is Mrs. Elkins! The teacher who nominated her had this to say: "I am proud to present Mrs. Amy Elkins with this week's teacher of the week award. Since her hire, she has been willing to jump into any role requested. She stepped into the head JV soccer position when we needed her. She supported the varsity squad when we needed her. When the students wanted to start up a bass fishing team, she did not hesitate to take on that job. Mrs. Elkins never hesitates to stay late or come in early to help her students succeed. As Mr. Miller so eloquently stated at the beginning of the year, "math is hard," yet her students' success is always a top priority. I appreciate your willingness to help with extracurricular activities, student success, and overall a great colleague and friend."

Thank you, Mrs. Elkins, for all you do for RHHS!

Go Wildcats!
